Qué datos, para qué y con qué base

• Formulario de contacto: nombre, negocio, correo, teléfono, el servicio que te interesa y tu mensaje. Los usamos para responder a tu consulta y, si nos lo pides, prepararte una propuesta. Base: tu solicitud (art. 6.1.b RGPD). Sin un correo o un teléfono no podemos responderte.
• Correo y WhatsApp: lo que nos escribas, para contestarte (art. 6.1.b RGPD).

No te enviamos publicidad ni hacemos perfiles.

Dónde se guardan y quién los ve

Lo que envías por el formulario llega a nuestro sistema de gestión, en un servidor en la Unión Europea (Hostinger International Ltd., servidor en Frankfurt, Alemania), que actúa por nuestra cuenta. No cedemos tus datos a nadie, salvo obligación legal. Si nos escribes por WhatsApp, ese mensaje lo trata además WhatsApp (Meta), que puede tratar datos en EE. UU. con las garantías del Marco de Privacidad de Datos UE-EE. UU.

Cuánto tiempo

Guardamos tu consulta 12 meses desde el último contacto. Si llegas a ser cliente, tus datos pasan a tu ficha de cliente mientras dure la relación y, después, el tiempo que exija la ley (por ejemplo, las obligaciones fiscales).

Tus derechos

Puedes pedir acceso, rectificación, supresión, oposición, limitación y portabilidad escribiendo a tenerifedigitalos@gmail.com. Si crees que no se han respetado tus derechos, puedes reclamar ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).

What data, why, and on what basis

• Contact form: name, business, email, phone, the service you're interested in and your message. We use them to answer your enquiry and, if you ask, prepare a proposal. Basis: your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR). Without an email or phone we cannot reply.
• Email and WhatsApp: what you write to us, to reply (art. 6.1.b GDPR).

We don't send you advertising or build profiles.

Where it is stored and who sees it

What you send through the form reaches our management system, on a server in the European Union (Hostinger International Ltd., server in Frankfurt, Germany), which acts on our behalf. We don't share your data unless the law requires it. If you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp (Meta) also processes that message and may process data in the US under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

How long

We keep your enquiry for 12 months from the last contact. If you become a client, your details move to your client file for as long as we work together and, after that, for as long as the law requires (for example, tax obligations).

Your rights

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to tenerifedigitalos@gmail.com. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
